This website is operated by DR Growth Advisory Inc. ("DR Growth Advisory", "we", "us" or "our"), a Canadian company, federally incorporated and based in Ontario. By accessing or using drgrowthadvisory.com, or by submitting our consultation request form or Growth & Automation Assessment, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and for people acting on behalf of a business. If you are using the website for a business, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

What this website is for

This website provides general information about DR Growth Advisory and the kinds of business growth consulting we offer, and it lets you request a consultation or complete our assessment. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide a specific service on specific terms. The first 30-minute Growth Strategy Consultation is complimentary.

Client services are governed by separate agreements

If you engage DR Growth Advisory for services, those services will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. That agreement sets out the scope of work, fees and other commercial terms. If these Terms of Service and a written client agreement conflict, the written client agreement applies to the services it covers. Submitting a form or taking part in a consultation does not by itself create a client relationship or an obligation for either of us to enter into one.

No professional advice

The content on this website, and the results of our assessment, are provided for general information and discussion only. They are not legal, tax, accounting or regulated financial advice, and they should not be relied on as such. You should obtain advice from a qualified professional about your own circumstances before making decisions in those areas.

No guarantee of results
