There is a gap that rarely gets talked about. Someone can be exceptional at their trade or profession and still be unsure how to find customers consistently, structure their operations, or decide what to do next. Being excellent at the work does not automatically mean knowing how to market, run, and scale a business.

Too often, the result is a talented owner doing everything personally: answering every inquiry, chasing every follow-up, and making decisions without a clear plan. The business grows through effort, not design.

DR Growth Advisory exists to help close that gap. We start with the business itself, how it earns, serves customers, and operates day to day, then bring together strategy, marketing, and systems that fit.

Gerana Marksman

FOUNDER & BUSINESS GROWTH STRATEGIST

My background is in financial advisory, where I spent years working with business owners on their financial decisions. Those conversations showed me something. Behind most financial questions were bigger ones: where the next customers would come from, how to keep up with demand, what to build next.

Good advice on the numbers only goes so far if the business itself isn’t set up to grow. I have always been fascinated by entrepreneurship, and I keep studying business models, strategies, and technology to understand what genuinely helps businesses move forward.

DR Growth Advisory is where that experience and curiosity meet: understand the business first, then find practical ways to help it grow.
